Heating & Cooling Instructions

For Warm Therapy

• Microwave for 3–5 seconds initially.
• If additional warmth is needed, heat in short intervals.
• Do not exceed 10 seconds at a time.
• Always check the temperature before placing against your skin.

For Cold Therapy

• Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour, or
• Freeze for approximately 30 minutes before use.
